At age 40, Cid Highwind, now famed pilot that commandeered a fleet of 80 foot battle airships in the Battle of Midgar, realizes that twenty more years down the road he could end up either bound to old sickness and never be able to fly again or go out with a flashy bang before that happens.
Old comrade Vincent Valentine only comes to the dreaded conclusion when he pieced fragments of their conversation in the past to Cid's sudden disappearance in the icy mountains of the Northern Crater.
A race against time to beat the senses out of the old pilot before frigid temperatures and strange black shape monsters overcome an old friend.
I was talking to my colleague who was talking about her friend that has a talent for cooking but didn't know what to do with it and that got into the topic of different name suggestions to use for a blog that would show all the food that she had tried making. Somewhere along the line, I lamented how I love to draw comics and wanted to finish them and my colleague told me to just keep trying to finish them.
So here I am, I've been busy with work still and working in that company is a 'no-life preferred' kind. The slow periods are rare and I always wished they would last longer or happen more frequent that I wonder if working in a factory with a lesser pay would be better off for me.
